MTC was a national-level project to build a secure, scalable system for automating academic certificate generation, distribution, and verification.
The platform was later acquired by ETS — the largest educational testing organization in the United States — validating its reliability, scalability, and compliance with global education standards.

Our Contribution

A7 designed and developed a government-grade certification system, including:

• Secure certificate generation engine with tamper-proof seals and signatures
• Automated PDF creation with batch export for institutions
• Integration with academic databases to track performance and validate records
• Institutional portals for issuing, verifying, and managing credentials at scale

Results

The platform delivered immediate impact:

• 500,000+ certificates generated and tracked to date
• Adopted and trusted by ETS for reliability and data integrity
• Supports multi-state academic standards and formats, ensuring broad compliance
• Reduced manual processing time from weeks to minutes

Steps to Realize the Project

1. Discovery & Requirements Analysis
   Worked with education authorities to define compliance rules, certificate formats, and security requirements.
2. Secure Architecture Design
   Created a backend and UI designed to prevent tampering, ensure traceability, and support high-volume operations.
3. Development & Integration
   Built APIs for academic databases, automated certificate generation logic, and role-based access for institutions.
4. Testing & Validation
   Conducted multiple QA cycles to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and regulatory compliance under peak loads.
5. Deployment & Scaling
   Launched on a scalable cloud infrastructure with ongoing monitoring and support for nationwide rollout.
